Key Features - Hydraulic Control Hacksaw Machine 

SAW FRAME: Saw constructed in rigid cast iron, square and parallel cut. The blade, fitted hydraulically, is out of contact with the work-piece on the front stroke. This is a precaution to prevent wear and tear on the blade. 

FEED: Two-lever regulation. While one lever regulates the rate of feed the other makes sure that the bow slides gets raised. 

BED: Large bed construction with guide ways for the vice for the easy clamping of work pieces. The jaws can be raised or adjusted to suit the material to be cut. 

ELECTRIC EQUIPMENTS: A reversible on line push button.

DRIVE: Power construction to countershaft through V-belts. Belt tension is adjustable and the whole drive system is housed in an enclosure to ensure sage operation.

SPEED: Two speed drive ensures suitable speed selection.

COOLANT: A fully enclosed coolant tank is fitted in the base. A V-belt driven pump supplies coolant to the saw blade through a pipe and tape.

WASHERS: Superior quality Hydraulic (Special Mystical) washers ensures longer machine life.
